Refund Policy

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The returned item must be in good condition to qualify for the refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, navigate to the order you want to return in your customer account and select
Return items. You may also Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

 

Limited Warranty

Climalytic Instruments warrants that its products shall comply with the specifications and documentation provided in writing. This warranty does not apply to any Product failures resulting from misuse, storage in or exposure to environmental conditions inconsistent with those specified in the applicable specifications or documentation, modification of the Product. Climatlytic Instruments shall fully cooperate with any buyer, supplier and its
legal counsel and insurance carriers with any warranty claim. If your order arrives incomplete or damaged, please Contact Us immediately so that we may correct your order. 

 

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SUPPLIER OR CLIMALYTIC INSTRUMENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, STATUTORY, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR INJURY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, LOSS BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, DAMAGE TO GOOD WILL OR REPUTATION, OR LOSS OF DATA, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR SUCH DAMAGES COULD HAVE BEEN REASONABLY FORESEEN.

 

Shipping

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes as United Parcel Service (UPS) is our primary shipping provider. If you only have a United States Postal Service (USPS) P.O. box, please contact us for other alternatives or if you made an order with a P.O. box shipping address.   


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight and size based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Live shipping estimates and service levels are given in the cart and are subject to change depending on shipment date, market conditions, and other factors. 

Free shipping qualifies only for orders above $79.99 when shipped to any of the 50 United States of America: 

Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.

All other orders and/or locations do not qualify for free shipping.
